Thanks for submitting!

1.What make and model is your logfire?

If you're not sure what make or model your fire is, try checking the side or the back of the firebox.

All logfires should have a metal tag that has the make, model and other details.

If you can, take a photo of this and send it to us, or put the model details into the form.

The make name should be located somewhere on the front of the logfire

The model name should be located on the metal tag on the back of the logfire

* If your logfire box is inbuilt and not freestanding we should be able to identify it from a picture of the front

2.What part do you need ?

While a lot of logfire parts perform somewhat similar functions, there are often a lot of different names for those parts, and that can also depend on many varieables such as the year the logfire was made, or what that particular brand calls that part, to name a few. If you are not sure it will help us quickly identify what part you need

by sending us a photo and if possible measurements.

Can you can remove the part  you want to replace from the log fire?

Lay the part flat on a plain back ground.

* Take a photo of the width, height, and length of the part, from above is usually best.

* Include a ruler or tape measure laid next to the part in the picture if possible, or you can write down the measurements in the form

Is the part you want to replace unable top be removed from the log fire?

 * With the best lighting you can get in the room, take several pictures of the part that needs replacing.

* If the part is inside the firebox and is hard to get a picture of, taking photos from several angles will help us identify the part.

A close up and further away shot gives us more of an idea of the size of the part and where it fits

Again, using a ruler or measuring tape in the photo can help us with scale for accurate sizing.

You may need to add a brief description for example "back left firebrick" or anything that can help us know what the part in the picture you want to replace is.
